Use of this website

Our services
Each project (SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, website design and development, branding, content writing or e-commerce marketing) is governed by a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Payments
- Fees, billing cycles and payment methods are confirmed in your proposal or invoice.
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- Advertising budgets for Google, Meta, TikTok or other platforms are separate from our management fees and are paid to those platforms.
- Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid past the due date.
Results and guarantees
We follow search engine and advertising platform guidelines and use proven methods, but rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on factors outside our control, including algorithm updates, competition and market conditions. For this reason we do not guarantee specific rankings or results.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need to deliver the work, and you confirm that any content, images or trademarks you supply are yours to use.
Intellectual property
Once full payment is received, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you (such as website designs, logos and written content) transfers to you. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Cancellation
Either party may end a monthly service with the notice period stated in the agreement (30 days unless agreed otherwise). Fees for work already completed remain payable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Pulse Tech Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question during the previous three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Rawalpindi.
